What is KABAG for ADHD?

KABAG for ADHD is a visual organization backpack designed to make everyday items easier to see and return to consistent places.

Is KABAG a medical product?

No. KABAG is an everyday consumer backpack. It is not a medical device, clinical treatment, or therapy.

When will my preorder ship?

Preorders are expected to begin shipping in late July 2026.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses?

No, not at launch. PO Boxes are excluded even if checkout shows a shipping rate. If a PO Box order is placed, we will request an eligible street address or cancel/refund the order before warehouse handoff.

How much is shipping?

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of USD 150 or more within our shipping area.

Will I pay import duties?

No import duties are charged to U.S. customers at checkout. Orders ship domestically from U.S. inventory.

Can I cancel a preorder?

You may request cancellation before the order is fulfilled or sent to the warehouse. Contact support@kabag.jp with your order number.

What is the return policy?

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Customer-preference return shipping is paid by the customer.

Should I send my return directly to the warehouse?

No. Do not send products back without return authorization. Contact support@kabag.jp first.
