These Terms of Service apply to purchases from the KABAG US online store.

KABAG US is operated by KOEI Co., Ltd. (株式会社コーエイ).

Products

KABAG for ADHD is a consumer backpack designed for visual organization and everyday carry.

KABAG products are not medical devices, treatments, therapies, or clinical products.

Preorders

KABAG US launch products are preorder items. Estimated shipping begins in late July 2026.

Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to inventory, carrier, customs, warehouse, or operational conditions. If the shipping schedule changes, preorder customers will be updated by email and given applicable cancellation or refund options.

Prices, Taxes, and Shipping

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout where configured.

Orders

An order is not accepted until the order is successfully placed and confirmed through Shopify checkout.

KABAG US may cancel or refuse orders where necessary, including suspected fraud, unsupported shipping destinations, address problems, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or operational impossibility.

If an order is canceled and payment has been captured, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payments

Payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. KABAG US does not store full payment card numbers.

Shipping and Returns

Orders are expected to ship from U.S. warehouse inventory.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Product Information

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, colors, weights, dimensions, and images accurate. Minor differences may occur due to display settings, production tolerances, or product updates.

Store Use

Customers agree not to misuse the store, interfere with store security, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
