Refund Policy
Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Do not send an item back without return authorization. To start a return, contact support@kabag.jp with your order number.
For customer-preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect items, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days after delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide refund, replacement, or return instructions after approval.
After an approved return is received and inspected, any refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.
Preorder Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a preorder before the order is fulfilled or sent to the warehouse.
To request cancellation, contact support@kabag.jp with your order number.
If the order has already been fulfilled, handed to the carrier, or can no longer be stopped by the warehouse, it cannot be canceled and will be handled under our return policy.
