Shipping Policy

KABAG US launch products are preorder items. Estimated shipping begins in late July 2026.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses.

Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of USD 150 or more within our shipping area.

Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Shipping Timeline

Orders ship from U.S. warehouse inventory. No import duties are charged to U.S. customers at checkout.

When your order ships, we will send tracking information by email.

If the shipping schedule changes, we will notify preorder customers by email and explain available cancellation or refund options.

Address Issues

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact support@kabag.jp as soon as possible. Address changes might not be possible after an order has been sent to the warehouse.

PO Box orders are not eligible for launch shipping even if checkout shows a shipping rate. If a PO Box order is placed, we will contact you to request an eligible street address within our shipping area. If you cannot provide an eligible address before the order is sent to the warehouse, the order may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
